So I was noticing the other day that mostly what I draw is women.

I'm typically of the mind that if an artist draws predominantly characters of their own gender, said artist is most likely inexperienced and uncomfortable drawing the opposite gender. (And yes: it's okay to be inexperienced, you silly people.) And then there are the artists who draw ONLY the opposite gender, sometimes to the point of militance.

It gets a bit ridiculous at times, especially with the female artists who look down their noses at anyone and everyone who decides that, y'know, what this picture really needs is a good helping of GAZONGA. (Male artists who draw only women... well... it's usually the same reason as the female artists, it's just that the females don't have penises (why yes I DO think that most art is masturbatory). And any rate, I've run into about a skillion fewer militant male artists than militant female artists.)

So I kind of went: "what the shit is this."

Because hey: I CAN draw men. I'm COMFORTABLE drawing men. Hell, I even LIKE drawing men. Why do I draw almost all women?

I think it might be because of the titties.

Okay seriously guys... except for you scattered Straight Women and Gay Men who retch at the very thought of a sexualized female body part, I'm sure that most of you can appreciate the fabulotasticness that is a nicely formed rack. Boobs are awesome. They bounce and curve and jut out delightfully around corners. They squash together in an enormous mass of Why Hello I Am Made Of Sex with properly applied pressure. (Remember the comment I made about most art being masturbatory? Yeah, applies to me too.)

Now, don't get me wrong. I draw an estimated metric shit-ton of badass women with ginormous racks. Some of them are even naked. (No, you can't see those ones. (Maybe one or two. (Someday.))) But hello, they're HOT. Also I draw men too... just less.

Because hey: where are you going to stick boobs on a man? And don't even get me started on the hips.

Although it's kind of sad that the only way I know how to draw a penis is due to some very unfortunate and accidental run-ins with furry porn. (lol, macro hermtaurs.)
